Felix began his university studies at the Universidad Católica de Santa María, where he graduated in food industry engineering. After some years with professional career in engineering, he decided to pursue studies in science, completing an additional bachelor’s degree in molecular biotechnology at the Technical Faculty of the University of Bielefeld. At the same time he was active in the field of technology development in food industry in Bielefeld. He then completed a further master’s studies with focus on industrial biotechnology at the TU Berlin. The topic of his master thesis was oriented to high throughput technology and automation.
